Additional DetailsTRAVEL
Travel is quoted separately for each booking. Within Savannah’s Historic District, the rate is $50 per artist; locations outside of the Historic District are quoted individually based on travel time, location, and event logistics.
BOOKING MINIMUMS
Each Saturday is reserved for one bride so I can provide the highest level of care and attention throughout your wedding day. A minimum booking investment of $1,700 is required to reserve your date. This minimum reflects the time, care, and availability dedicated exclusively to your wedding day, rather than simply the number of services booked.
If you’re planning a more intimate celebration or aren’t sure whether your day meets the minimum, please don’t let that stop you from reaching out. I do occasionally make exceptions depending on the season and my availability, and I’d be happy to chat through the details.
SECURING YOUR DATE
A signed contract and 30% retainer are required to reserve your wedding date. Once received, your date is officially secured and planning can begin. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your wedding.
